Faux Wood Shutters
Our Faux Wood Shutters are manufactured in the UK and come with a 10 year manufacturers warranty. They are moisture resistant, flame resistant, easy to clean and look exactly like wood. The lead time is approx. 4 to 5 weeks.
They are manufactured from a composite, this makes them extremely thermally efficient, they are great at keeping the cold out in the winter and the heat out in the summer.
Wooden Shutters
Our Wooden Shutters are manufactured in China and come with a 5 year manufacturers warranty. They can be finished in any colour that you choose, including Farrow and Ball paint colours. The lead time varies from 8 weeks to 12 weeks depending on shipping. Both of these shutter options are available with 3 different slat sizes, 63mm, 76mm and 89mm.
You can choose to have a privacy split at no extra charge, this will separate the louvres from the top from the louvres at the bottom of the window. We can supply full height and also cafe style Shutters.
Shutter Options
Many customers ask if they can also have Roman Blinds or Curtains fitted along with Shutters, absolutely!
We can add a blackout blind behind the shutters if you wish. Even the highest quality shutters have small gaps between the louvres where light can “bleed” through. By installing a custom blackout honeycomb or roller blind directly behind the shutter frame, you can achieve near-total darkness at any time of day—making it the ultimate solution for shift workers or light sleepers.
