Highly recommend the brilliant, friendly, professional and Covid safe service offered by Helen, Monty & team. Our new house has been fitted with shutters, venetian blinds, roller blinds (automated) and the Duette blinds (also automated) from Bespoke Blinds. Helen was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the selection and measuring process – and we really felt we were working with an expert. We were kept very well informed while we waited for the blinds to be constructed (only a few weeks as they are all made in the UK). Monty & a colleague did an outstanding & absolutely meticulous job with the fitting and we are delighted with the results – the shutters & blinds look fantastic.

We ordered 5x shutters, 2 roman blinds and 1 velux blind from Bespoke Blinds & Curtains in Long Melford. Nothing but quality from start to finish. The service Helen and Monty provided was second to none. Both extremely knowledgable and provided great advice on fabric and colour combinations. When it came to fitting both shutters and blinds, the fitting team were very conscientious and ensured that everything was fitted to exact way we wanted it. Having used this company before for vertical blinds I did not hesitate to place another order with them. Local, friendly professional service which is still affordable and the choice is immense. From start to finish I cannot fault their service. These are difficult times for independent businesses. Whilst walking around Long Melford one sunny Saturday afternoon we came across Bespoke Blinds, the shop was warm and welcoming and from looking at the displays we immediately knew that the quality of the curtains and blinds was going to be first class – we were not disappointed. Helen came out to measure for Shutters, blinds and curtains and spent time helping and advising us. We placed our order and were kept informed throughout, the attention to detail at Bespoke Blinds is brilliant. All Shutters, blinds and curtains were fitted over a 2 day period, no fuss and no mess, we couldn’t be happier with the results. We highly recommend Bespoke Blinds and will definitely be using them again !

I cannot recommend bespoke blinds long melford enough. I have had curtains made and blinds fitted within the past couple of years and recently I had a problem with a competitors blind which I wasn’t sure how to resolve. I rang Monty who came to my home and fixed the problem. Excellent service.

We cannot recommend this company enough, both Helen & Monty where extremely helpful from start to finish. Helen advised us of several different products, with no pressure at all. We loved the professionalism and the expert advice and are very very happy with the quality of the black out blinds and internal shutters, we were also amazed by the quality and speed of having them all fitted, no mess at all and all the packaging taken away! Would highly recommend this company. Such friendly people, from the lady who answered the phone at the showroom, Helen who came round to measure my window and bring samples and to Monty for fitting the blind. Absolutely no pressure selling and no mess left after fitting A very speedy service – only had to wait just over 2 weeks from choosing my blind to it being fitted and initial enquiry (sent at the weekend) was answered immediately. I would certainly use this company again.

Whoever say’s kindness and goodwill doesn’t exist is so wrong! This lovely couple went out of their way to help me with a replacement part for my old roller blind, and to top it off they even gave it to me (yes can you believe it ,gave it to me .) together with helpful instructions on how to fit it. If this is the way they run their business, I certainly will be purchasing my next new blind from Bespoke Blinds.

I have now used Bespoke Blinds on a couple of occasions, a roman blind and a large set of roller blinds for my bi-folding doors. Helen offered fantastic advice when it came to picking the best type of blind for each room, along with helping me choose a fabric to match my interior. Friendly service from this family firm. Helen guided us through their motorised rollerblind selections, and she and Monty came out to our house to make sure we had the right solution. The location for the blind was a challenge for ay firm with an inaccessible large sloping window behind open rafters with a narrow space for the blind to move up and down. Monty persevered with the fitting and with a little help we now have a working blind with a remote control that works impressively well. Highly recommend – oh and they clear up after the fitting!
